Sustainable Growth Programme (SGP) is a 6-month open innovation program for social entrepreneurs focused on increasing their impact on climate action. The programme is initiated in partnership with HSBC and WWF, and is designed and implemented by Tenity.
The Sustainable Growth Program is expecting applications from Turkish startups that focus on Climate Action, which is the “Climate Action” Goal 13 in the UN SDG’s.
After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. If your startup passes the preliminary evaluation, we will invite you to a 5-minute online session on Selection Day, scheduled for January 29th. You will receive an email about this from us on the evening of January 25th. We recommend marking these two dates on your calendar in advance. During the selection process, startups are screened based on their innovation, potential impact, and alignment with the program’s goals. Selected applicants are then invited to pitch on Selection Day.
Most events during the program will be conducted online. The Kick-Off day, which is the starting day of the program, the Demo Day, which is the final day, and some meetings will take place in Istanbul.
No, the Sustainable Growth Program is free for selected startups. Participants gain access to all program benefits at no cost.
The program will start in February and conclude at the end of May. During this period, online participation is required for Selection Day, and physical attendance is required for events such as Kick-off and Demo Day. Additionally, there is an 80% attendance requirement for online training sessions.
Support includes guidance from experienced mentors, tailored workshops, networking and PoC opportunities, and Tech perks.
